Default Do you believe in Tarot readings?

I definitely believe that Tarot readings exist. I think that it depends upon the reader and the questioner as to whether or not they help. The cards can help you sort out your feelings, analyze situations, and tap into your subconcious about an issue. The interpretation of the cards is, after all, up to you.

Yes, I also believe in Tarot readings. But as you said it is up to you to interpret the cards. I have done it to people and done it to myself a few times so I am a firm believe in tarot readins.

Tarot cards have no scientific merit. They are interpreted based upon whoever is reading them. I have had several readings as part of a study and found that 99.9% of what was said, was so open it could have happened in any form. I also noted that they never stated anything that wasn't very plausible. I did 50 readings telling them some about me and did 50 readings not telling them a thing. The 50 readings that I did tell them stuff about me, they were able to "predict" what would happen. The other half didn't do so well. I had 15 tell me they couldn't get in touch with their "guides" another group told me I was hard to read, and the others simply made educated guesses. My conclusion is Tarot cards are as accurate as you believe them to be. In reality, they have no merit, and they are nothing more than play toys.

I try to buy old , hand-painted ones, any chance I get, and some are terribly pricey, but as a tool to address questions that some say the cards can answer or the reader can translate for the one inquiring, I have never gotten much success from them and I find meditating as good a tool as any tto receive any messages from "beyond".

Laugh at the "user" all you will but if one has the ability to "use them" the results can be beyond ones hightest expectations.

OK! EVERYBODY.....Tarot reading is all about energy...your body sends and recieves energy...yes the cards are scientifico! just as your life and your death...there is plenty of energy there its just changing form....as so does the brain function when the moon cycles....ever heard of high tide low tide? Well 90 or so percent of your body is water...you are energy and cycle infinity....any scientific proof to proove otherwise? NO...every energy transfered towards somthing has effect...now translating is a taught process...you are givin the tools and knowlege from books . cards. people. and so on...when it starts hetting dark on that coastal beach you dont stay out on the ocean rocks to trap yourself from high tide do you....every day is a new day new meaning....if you dont know the facts study tarot till you understand ...or just dont believe in perception...........And yes there are usually very many things goining on that people have in common its called the human life of society......TUNAWNEE

I collect the decks, mainly for artistic reasons. Do I believe on it, not especially for any kind of forecasting. I prefer "necromancy".
