I wish there was a definite science to figure out whether or not the presence of ghosts exist. I'm a bit of a skeptic, one of those don't believe it til you see it dudes. I've never seen anything, but have heard things and felt very uneasy. I just wanted to point out that all those things that you mentioned could have a very logical explanation, just may not be super obvious.

That would be good , then I could compare the lists i have with your info. and maybe come up with a list of say, 10-15 examples that all lists have in common?

These are only a fraction of what is associated in hauntings. Electrical interfences can be caused by bad wiring or high levels of electicity from a panel or transformer. Exposure to carbon monoxide or lead can make someone halucinate or feel paranoid.It is common for children to talk to themselves while playing especially an only child. When a child invents new playmates or answers someone not there that is when you need to be proactive and question who they are responding to. A house needs to be thoroughly investigated by the owner to elimate common noises,lights,sounds and shadows created by trees, cars,a/c unit coming on,cat or dog etc.Take pictures and audio recording with a/c off have them analyzed by a trained investigator before fearing a house maybe haunted.

I have found that doing my own investigating,by myself, without a casts ;ie GHOST HUNTERS, over the years, has been more effective than taking a lot of folks with you BUT getting a good history of the house is a must in my opinion and one only needs 1 person to do it.
