It is not easy as opening your two eyes after sleeping hahaa.If you really want to ,try googling it because there are lots of things about it.I think mediation will help a lot(meditation about 30mins like that won't work .try meditating about 6 hours everyday.You may will be able to open yours after about few years if you are lucky )
