I am a former Jehovah's Witness, and we are taught that God's real name is, in fact, Jehovah. The Hebrew name is YHWH, pronounced "Yahweh". I just thought it would be interesting if you guys knew this little known fact. Also, "God" and "Lord" aren't names, yet they use them in the Bible and not the real name. Why not? They don't only call Jesus "Savior" and all that. Why do they refuse to use God's real name in the Bible? By the way, the name "Jehovah" isn't only believed by Jehovah's Witnesses. It's also known and used by quite a few others in others Branches of Christianity.

Well starting with a fact that whole christianity is based on paganism i`ll say Svarog :P No really HOW THE HELL CAN PEOPLE KNOW A NAME OF THE PERSON THEY NEVER SEEN! I MEAN NO ONE EVER SEEN IT!Ffs..those who say they did were walking through the desert for several weeks or used drugs. God's real name is God and Jehovah and YHWH. but it is not allah. it doesnt matter does it. the thing is God is real no one has seen Him it also doesnt matter. the fact stays. Jesus came down to earth was crucified and died for our sins. he was buried rose again on the third day. accended to Heaven and is now seated on the right hand of God the Father almighty maker of Heaven and Earth. he loves all of us. He will return one day for all who believe in Him. and then it will be to late for all the unbelievers. I so hope that all of you guy's would just realise it.
